RICHARD C. RIETH

Richard C. Rieth is the managing partner of Rieth Antonelli & Raj. He received his B.A. degree from Cleveland State University and his J.D. degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1979.
His focus of practice is in the area of family law and domestic relations. Richard is a member of Ohio State Bar Association, a member of the Family Law Section of the Cuyahoga County Bar Association, and a member of The Center for Principled Family Advocacy.
DOMINIC M. ANTONELLI

Dominic M. Antonelli is a principal with Rieth Antonelli & Raj, with his practice focused on family law and domestic relations. Mr. Antonelli has had extensive experience dealing with all aspects of divorce and dissolution, including allocation of parental rights and responsibilities, the equitable division of marital estates and spousal and child support issues.
Mr. Antonelli is well practiced in using alternative dispute resolution techniques to bring about successful results for his clients in an expeditious manner. He is a founding member and past president of The Center for Principled Family Advocacy and is also a Founder and current member of the Cleveland Academy of Collaborative Professionals. The Cleveland Academy is a group of elite collaborative practice professionals who focus their practice on collaborative solutions to family law disputes.
Mr. Antonelli received his B.A. degree from Kenyon College and his J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University. He is a member of the Ohio Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
In addition to his practice, Mr. Antonelli is an avid speaker on all topics of alternate dispute resolution throughout Northeast Ohio as well as being a National Trainer in the area of collaborative practice.
MANAV (MANU) H. RAJ

Manu is a principal with Rieth Antonelli & Raj and limits his practice to Domestic Relations and Juvenile law. A proud graduate of Walsh Jesuit High School in Akron, The Ohio State University, and the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Manu is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio and the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio.
Formerly with Dworken & Bernstein in Cleveland and Painesville, and the Law Offices of Joyce E. Barrett in Cleveland, Manu has practiced in Northeast Ohio courts for 15 years exclusively focused in the areas of domestic relations and family and juvenile law. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (Family Law Committee), and Lake County Bar Association (Family Law Committee, Bar Admission Committee, and Grievance Committee).
In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Raj is a Family Law Mediator and is trained in both Collaborative Practice and Principled Negotiation methods of alternate dispute resolution. Mr. Raj is a founding member and past President (2004) of The Center for Principled Family Advocacy, a Founder and current member of the Cleveland Academy of Collaborative Professionals. The Cleveland Academy is a group of elite collaborative practice professionals who focus their practice on collaborative solutions to family law disputes.
Manu is a Life Member of the Who’s Who of Distinguished Lawyers of America, and is annually selected by his peers as a Super Lawyer of Ohio, Rising Star. In 2011 Manu was identified as an AV “Preeminent” Lawyer through the Peer Review Rating System of Martindale- Hubbell. The “AV Rating” is the highest possible rating used to identify attorneys as to both their legal ability and ethical standards. Manu is a former member of the Board of Trustees for the Cleveland Public Theatre, is a present member of the Annual Campaign Cabinet for the United Way, Lake County, and member of the Board of Advisors for Northcoast Conflict Solutions.
Mr. Raj has been an active presenter at seminars on all topics related to domestic relations and juvenile law in Ohio, as well as being a national speaker and trainer in collaborative law.
Kristen A. Crane, ESQ.

Kristen is an Associate with Rieth Antonelli & Raj. She is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University and the Cleveland Marshall College of Law. She was admitted to practice in the State of Ohio in 2005.
Formerly with Stafford & Stafford Co., L.P.A. in Cleveland, Kristen has practiced in Northeast Ohio courts exclusively focused in the areas of Domestic Relations, Family & Juvenile Law. She represents clients in domestic relations and family law matters with varying levels of complexity, including divorce, dissolution, child custody, child support and related juvenile matters. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
Kristen is also trained in Collaborative Law and is an advocate for striving to resolve issues in a practical and amicable way.
